In a nutshell we are broker friendly and are known for rewarding brokers who source our opportunities. We also put great importance on giving back our time, talents and philanthropic donations to the community that we invest in.

Todd Roebken

Todd Roebken’s focus is on building RMIP’s investment portfolio through acquiring industrial real estate in Colorado. Mr. Roebken is focused on improving the assets and their efficiencies to deliver healthy returns to RMIP’s investors.

Todd has experience in commercial real estate since 1992. He has completed acquisition and disposition assignments valued at over a billion dollars. Todd’s experience is deep as well as broad, including land purchases, land sales, speculative development, build-to-suits, lease and sublease transactions, building purchase and sale transactions, real estate consulting services and debt and equity expertise.

He earned his BA from Colorado State University and his MBA from the University of Colorado.

He is also affiliated with many non-profits that serve those in need. Including board positions with Volunteers of America Colorado and Mile High United Way. Todd also serves as a trustee for Restoration Church in Denver.

Todd Poppert

Todd Poppert has worked exclusively in the commercial real estate investment arena for his entire career. Mr. Poppert has participated in over $9b of investment acquisitions and dispositions across the US and Canada having held positions in acquisitions and dispositions for major public [EOP] and private REITs [Dividend Capital’s Total Realty Trust].

In 2002, he formed Beam Reach Investment Partners to provide investors with access to a proprietary deal flow and operations platform within the international brokerage firm Colliers Macaulay Nicholls. Beam Reach eventually grew into FirstService Capital Partners, raising discretionary capital primarily from the CMN brokers and senior management.

Through these vehicles, Mr. Poppert acquired, operated, enhanced the value of, and disposed of a portfolio of opportunistic investments in Toronto, Burnaby, Edmonton, Phoenix and Dallas, providing significant and over-market returns for his investors.

He earned his BA in Economics from Colorado College and lives in Denver with his family.

James Roupp

James Roupp focuses on investments, ground up developments, and significant building repositioning assignments in emerging neighborhoods, such as River North (“RiNo”) and Lower Highlands (“LoHi”). Mr. Roupp has earned a reputation for successfully resolving complicated real estate challenges.

In addition to leasing office and industrial buildings, James focuses on representing buyers and sellers of land for development in the Denver metropolitan area.

Prior to rejoining JLL in 2011, James spent 5 years with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) and was responsible for underwriting approximately $30M of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) investments in real estate development projects, with a leveraged development value of approximately $150M.

James received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado.
